Peter Kolb has been working in technical and management consulting for IT-intensive business for 25 years. Since 2006 he has been offering his services as managing director of Red-Expel GmbH.
Since 1994, Peter Kolb has been advising companies on continuous efficiency improvement through process models such as ISO 9001, CMMI, ITIL and professionalization of product and system development, e.g. in accordance with FDA and ISO 13585 (medical devices). Peter Kolb is also an experienced expert in the introduction of geographically distributed R&D and outsourcing.
Peter Kolb has been advising managing directors, product managers, R&D managers and quality managers since 2000. The consulting projects range from early company phases such as M&A analyses and business start-ups to innovation and technology management and quality management.
His constant connection to science enables him to efficiently transfer the latest methods into practical application. Peter Kolb is Professor of Computer Science at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences ZHAW, Zurich. He lectures at ETH Zurich and organizes and hosts various conferences and seminars
